ONE Claims was formed to fill what we thought was a gap in the market for a claims handler that understood equally the service needs of a business traveller employed by a blue chip company and, the more systems led approach to handling high volume leisure travel schemes.

By making the investment in staff with appropriate experience and expertise and not being afraid to discard outmoded ideas in favour of dynamic new methods and technology, we have been able to stay true to our beliefs.

As testament to this, One Claims has enjoyed significant but manageable growth and are proud to be looking after the travel claims for some of the world's largest companies for a variety of insurer clients who share the same service values.
