Service Standards

We have Service Standards for virtually everything that we do in our office.

Our research tells us that the following are the most important:

  • All claims are actioned within 24 hours of receipt
  • Once a claim has been agreed, payment will be made within 48 hours
  • We will return all telephone calls within 31 minutes
  • An experienced claims handler will review every claim
  • We will never have an automated switchboard – you and your clients will always speak to a real person.
