Since the creation of the one Group in 2005, it has been our goal to provide an outstanding service to our clients.
From day one we have invested in cutting edge technology and created teams that have extensive experience and understanding of the personal accident and travel insurance markets to support our service delivery philosophy.
At one we continuously develop innovative ideas enabling us to provide the right services for our clients. We set the standard for high quality exclusive services to both our corporate customers and well established and leading insurers in both the Corporate and Leisure Travel markets.
It is crucial that we continue to evolve, respond to, and attempt to anticipate the changing challenges that affect our clients' business. With that in mind, our development strategy has been focused around the continued delivery of claims and assistance services which will delight both the insurer and the claimant.

one employs around 90 people, 30 of whom are based at our Medical Emergency Assistance operation in Palma, Mallorca and the remainder at our offices in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.
