At one we understand that in order to provide excellent service for both our clients and our customers we need skilled and knowledgeable staff.
We understand that it is often difficult with the demands of a full time job to find the time and resource to complete training courses outside the workplace.
Our Knowledge Centre provides an area and the tools for our staff to develop through both internal and external specific job training modules and to develop personally by learning a language for example.
Time is set aside each month for staff to attend the Knowledge Centre and develop skills and professional qualifications to ensure that they fulfil their career potential and that they develop personally.
