Paul Byrne Chief Executive Officer Paul has more than two decades of experience in the insurance sector, including owning and running a Personal Accident & Travel Insurance Underwriting agency. The driving force and principal shareholder behind the one Group, Paul focuses on building new business opportunities whilst also ensuring that our services respond to the ever changing needs of the travel insurance industry.	Ian Gilmour Managing Director Ian, who also has a wealth of travel insurance experience, is a major shareholder in the one Group and is responsible for the operations of the entire Group. Ian also plays a key role in the development of the tools that enable our business and our clients to comply with FSA regulation. Prior to the one Group, Ian was Managing Director of Van Ameyde Limited, a UK company specialising in travel claims management and 24 hour emergency assistance.	Jon Commisso Technical Claims Director Jon joined up with Paul in 2003 to form BSU Claims Limited, which later became one Claims Limited, as part of the one Group. Jon is our technical specialist for both Claims and Assistance. Prior to the one Group, Jon worked for Anthony Kidd Agencies and then the Kiln Syndicate at Lloyd's.

Judi Hoal Group Operations Director Judi joined the one Group in 2009 to create and develop an Operational Support Unit (OSU) across the whole of the Group. Judi has fantastic operational experience both in and outside the insurance industry and is particularly interested in empowering people in business to deliver a great service. Previously, Judi worked in a variety of operational roles, driving cultural change and building effective teams whilst meeting performance targets.	Linda Norman Group Client Relationship Manager Linda joined the team at the beginning of 2010 to help support one's rapidly expanding insurance industry relationships. With over 25 years experience in the travel insurance market, Linda uses her expertise to create and maintain long lasting relationships with one's customers. Prior to joining one, Linda was Managing Director of Claims International, a UK company specialising in travel claims management.	Jose Afonso Operations Manager, one Assist Jose Afonso is Operations Manager of one Assist and has many years experience in Medical Assistance and Cost Containment where he has utilised his multi-lingual skills to great effect, speaking Spanish, French and Portuguese fluently. Prior to working within the medical assistance industry he spent 7 years with the Metropolitan Police in Victim Support and in the Major Incident and Crisis Management centre at Heathrow Airport. Jose has day to day responsibility for the Operations team, promoting and maintaining the highest standard of care whilst safeguarding the interests of clients.
