one Claims Limited has the capability to bespoke each claims team or claims handlers to the individual needs of a client. This means that all claims handlers who deal with your claims will have in-depth knowledge of your policy wordings and your preferred stances which enables one Claims to quickly and efficiently handle your business.

We currently split our claims handlers into four separate teams, each headed up with a Team Leader, these teams consist of the following:-

International Team	Our International Claims Handlers are fluent in eighteen different languages so can correspond with a claimant in their native tongue, making the whole claims process uncomplicated for the claimant.
Leisure Team	Our Leisure Claims Handlers specialise in low cost web sale personal travel Insurance, and have specific skills in dealing directly with the public. As a sub section to the leisure team we have a team specialising in policies obtained as part of employee benefit schemes.
Corporate Team	Our Corporate Claims Handlers are experienced in both Personal Accident and Travel claims relating to policies purchased by an Employer. Our Claims Handlers understand the challenges that can be faced by both the Employer and the Employee when making a claim and can therefore help both parties.
Specialist Team	Our Specialist Claims Handlers have a wealth of knowledge and experience and use this to dealing with claims on "out of the ordinary" policies. An example of this is a current contract that they handle, where we receive personal accident claims for a number of private security companies whose staff work in high risk countries such as Iraq and Afghanistan. The claimants quite often have serious injuries and suffer from PTSD, with their high level of expertise, our claims handler's help these claimants understand the process as well as deal with their claims in and efficient manner.

In addition to the Claims Handlers, our office in Hoddesdon houses our Management Team, Operational Support Unit, IT and Finance.
